Main Features:

Brand-new designed high-performance HRGCDual FID provided with options of GC122 -TCD, GC122-ECD, GC 122 -NPD and GC122-FPD, gas sampling valve, transformation oven  Construction of dual gas path, dual sample injector and dual packed column system can effectively avoid baseline undulation and drift in real time and facilitate programmed temperature rising analysis. Three kinds of detectors can be installed.According to different applications, combination of different detectors including series connection and parallel connection can be used.A complete capillary analysis system, independent of the capillary split injection device (including membrane cleaning, separation and tail blowing conditioning) provided with options of shunt/ splitless capillary injector, cold-column injector, 0.53mm large diameter capillary direct sampler. Adapted to various kinds of flexible caliber, size and length of the capillary column in glass, quartz glass,etcAccurate and scaled type steady flow valveregulator valve and needle valvein gas path control valves will provide a high repeatability and stability.  Multiple sampling methods as the following:Packed column: on-column sampling, instantaneous vaporized sampling and gas sampling. Capillary column: split sampling and 0.53mm large diameter capillary direct sampling. Brand-new designed microcomputer temperature control system can simultaneously control temperature of six heated zones Road-pillar boxes, ionization chamber, thermal conductivity detector, capillary injector, packed column injector auxiliary (standby), with the high precision (better than ± 0.1 °C) a wide range (up to 400 °C), temperature overshoot and the deviation is less than 2 °C or lower 5-ramp programmed temperature rising control,the maximum heating rate up to 40 °C/ min Power-off protection, the temperature limit is set, the temperature scan, auto-drop of temperature of column oven (auto-opening the door behind the oven) to a fast cooling. Open-end computer system can apply RS-232 interface and FJ-2000 chromatogram workstation to achieve dual path communication control and data processing. Large volume column (350x280x300) can hold capillary column and dual packed column. Built-in heating filament structure is in favor of quartz capillary analysis.
